Please mark Sunday 8th June in your calendars for the Lansdown Open Gardens. Six beautiful local gardens will be open, lovely plants will be available to buy on the Green, and tea and delicious homemade cake will available in the convivial St Stephen’s Centre. Was the subject of the “talk with wine” on March 17th. It was a fascinating topic, with many different aspects to the renewal, turning an ancient building into a warmer, light filled space with specially designed amenities for the choir. Over 50 people attended this excellent talk and many commented that they would visit the Abbey and now look out for the different features, which they had previously been unaware of.
